Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new artwork. If for any reason the piece is not suitable for your space, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photographs of both the packaging and the damaged artwork so we can resolve the issue with the courier.
